Orders can take up to 2 days to process. USPS tracking numbers can take 48 hours to update in their system. Orders are shipped out on business days not weekends.

If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.

If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered, we are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
